Scheduled digests now only count as complete when they actually read their channel, and the base agent image moves to ox 0.17.0.

Verified channel reads. Scheduled digest jobs now confirm they read their assigned channel before a run counts as complete, so failures no longer get recorded as successful digests.
Separate gates for read, summary, and post. Reading, summarizing, and posting are now tracked independently, so an early or incomplete read is marked partial instead of being mistaken for a quiet channel.
Source-cited summaries. Digest summaries must cite the messages they read and cannot include links absent from those messages, keeping posted digests grounded in actual channel content.
Simple migration path. Operators can move existing digests to the new source declaration and remove manual reading instructions from their skill definitions, while jobs without it continue to work as before.
Updated agent image. The base agent image now ships ox 0.17.0, with all toolkit commands returning the same fields and flags as before.
Stricter status checks. Running ox status directly now exits non-zero when signed out or outside an initialized repository, while the JSON form continues to exit zero.
